1. Platform Role

SalonHub is a technology platform that connects users with independent vendors offering salon, spa, barber, and wellness services. SalonHub does not directly provide services and is not responsible for the actual service execution.

2. Account Registration

• Users and vendors must register using valid phone number and OTP verification.
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• SalonHub reserves the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading data.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide correct business name, address, and service details.
• Maintain updated pricing, availability, and listings.
• Accept or reject bookings responsibly.
• Deliver services professionally and ethically.

4. Booking Process

Users can book services through the platform. Once booked:

• Vendor receives notification in dashboard
• Vendor can accept or reject the booking
• Booking is considered valid once accepted
• Completion status may be tracked by the platform

5. Commission & Wallet System

SalonHub may charge commission from vendors.

• Commission is deducted ONLY after successful booking completion
• Wallet balance must be maintained by vendors
• Negative or insufficient balance may restrict account usage

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. SalonHub does not control external payment systems.

7. Cancellation & Disputes

• Bookings can be cancelled based on platform rules
• Repeated cancellations may lead to account restriction
• SalonHub may review disputes but final responsibility lies with vendor

8. Fraud & Misuse

Strict action will be taken against:

• Fake bookings
• Self bookings
• Referral abuse
• Payment manipulation

9. Referral & Credits

Referral earnings:

• Cannot be withdrawn as cash
• Can only be used for bookings
• May be revoked in case of misuse

10. Limitation of Liability

SalonHub is not responsible for:

• Service quality issues
• Vendor misconduct
• Delays or cancellations
• Any damages or losses

11. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud is detected
• Platform misuse occurs

12. Data Usage

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to data processing practices.

13. Changes to Terms

SalonHub may update these terms at any time. Continued usage means acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
