This Refund Policy outlines the rules related to wallet balance, refund eligibility, withdrawal conditions, and usage of promotional or referral credits on SalonHub.

By using SalonHub, you agree to this Refund Policy. This policy applies to all vendors and users using wallet balance, credits, or booking-related features on the platform.

1. Wallet System

Vendors may add money to their wallet to use platform features such as booking-related services. The wallet balance is maintained digitally on SalonHub.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund or withdrawal requests are only allowed for eligible wallet balance as determined by SalonHub.

  • Minimum refundable amount must be ₹100
  • Requests below this amount will not be processed

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refund or withdrawal requests are processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Amounts

The following amounts are not eligible for refund or withdrawal:

  • Promotional credits or bonus amounts
  • Coupon benefits or extra credits
  • Referral rewards, coins, or tokens
  • Amounts already used for bookings or platform charges

5. Referral & Earn Credits

Any rewards earned through referral programs are non-refundable and non-withdrawable. These can only be used for bookings on the platform.

6. Fraud & Misuse

Any misuse of wallet, referral system, or refund process may lead to:

  • Account suspension
  • Wallet balance hold
  • Refund request rejection
SalonHub reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or hold any refund request in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

7. Changes to Policy

SalonHub may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated policy.
